Whilst travelling across America I ended up in Memphis, on a rainy Sunday in November. I was still hungover from the night before in New Orleans, and unenthusiastic about being anywhere.

I then realised where I actually was, and grew massively excited as I bounded down the road in the heavy rain.

I arrived at Sun Studio, where Elvis and Johnny Cash were first recorded, walked in, and asked the girl at the desk if there was any chance I could do a quick recording. To my surprise, she said I could go in whenever I was ready, as the studio wasn't booked-out that day.
