World War 1 had a 10 percent civilian casualty rate.The Iraq war is closer to 80 percent. Higher than even Vietnam. Major news has in the last few years been integrated in the military in order to get the public into a biased frenzy and avoid a repeat of the Media Blitz that was Vietnam. Selective Journalism I suppose. Does CBS news feel like it's doing its part to help a military force that kills more civilians than enemies?...And then the audacity to pretend you hadn't noticed? Shameful.

@hares12 I doubt if most soldiers have or ever will kill civilians due to the fact that they are still people with human emotions. That doesn't mean that no soldiers kill civilians or torture, but lets face it; if all the soldiers were murderers then there wouldn't be a civilian population. I wouldn't say that it's a genocide either. Although 100,000 deaths is a lot, it could have been way worse within six years. And it's not like our public looks the other way, it's the news stations that do.
