@TRJ22487ISDEAD you know you didnt have to open it up to replace the plastic screen right?

Hey, that speaker looks different. Did yoy modify the sound system? I got problems with that.

Hey thanks for making this video kid! It gave me the confidence to open mine up and replace the screen (not the actual lcd screen, but what basically everyone considers the screen) to get rid of the scratches. I can't believe how simple the Game Boy Color is to disassemble compared to the original Gameboy. WAY simpler, and it doesn't require you to disconnect the ribbon, WHICH I HATE ABOUT THE ORIGINAL GAMEBOY, DAMN RIBBON!!!
But I replaced my GBC screen thanks to you!

I have the same gameboy. It's the pokemon version, right?

@theoskasun I'm so sorry it took so long to reply but what you do is take the smallest flat head that comes in the kit (if you have the same thing as me) and push down on the screw and it should word...Hope this helped D: [:
Do you need a special screwdriver? As in, do i need to order one online, or can I just go down to the hardware store.
