@JuniorArtist27 Yeah its kinda bound to happen when you watch threw the episodes you can see the bruises and swelling , why dont you go try One of these fighting style's at a black belts pace when your a beginner ... even better dont do it for 5days like these try 2 you would FAIL

@ennot In order to do sticky hands as people are used to see it, they have to do it without boxing gloves. Secondly, you have to be really close in and your opponent must have a strong guard up to stick to. If your opponent is less skilled, it is easier to bash him with punches that he can not block than to stick to his hands. But if you look closely, they use sticky hands from time to time, but only if they get close and have to rely on their reflexes instead of eyes.
I hope I helped.

what's the deal? As seen from outside, Wing Chun people learn all that clever sticky hands stuff and then never use it in sparring? I'm not sure I understand this

@AndreasAT8 exactly. Why are people criticizing the technique so much. You have to realize they had FIVE DAYS of training in Wing Chun. It takes a lot of time to learn an art.

If his knee is hurtin then why is he trying to kick, and he is jumping around on it too... thats not even wing chun...
-
Why is it that they can hardly use any Wing Chun moves in sparring and real fight.
-
no wing chun is used...... just punching.....
-
guys the people cannot learn wing chun in just five days... they just learn how to punch and how to stand. And they couldnt use neither punches or stances. it just a Tv show. they cannot give u everything just the basic idea....
-
As much as I love to see this on mainsteam tv....the ving tswun in here is not very good...now...maybe they were taking it easy or maybe they were just focusing on punching...but i didn't see anything but punching while they were sparring...And don't tell me you cant do a tung sau with sparring gloves on...
Anyone else notice how they are ALWAYS getting some sort of injury before every fight? o_O

do anyone other than me realise that the student translator is not translating anywhere near what the instructor is saying?
