November 27, 1940. Deutsche Wochenschau No. 534. New pictures from the Italian front in Africa. Road building has proceeded up to the front line. Communications troops lay down new telegraph lines. Near Sidi el-Barrani workshops are set up for the motorized troops. The armoured vehicles must be constantly cleaned from the desert dust which penetrates all parts of the vehicles. Especially important is the supply of drinking water for the frontline detachments. Here is an Italian flak battery. Incoming enemy planes are reported. The battery rings the alarm. Achtung! Fire! A British aircraft is brought down.
