It the second part of the rock, paper and scissors. The winner of the R,P,S has to hit the opponent while the one who lost has to guard the attack. I guess in this case it goes on till someone get hit 5 times.

Why is he using the "lady" choki (index+middle finger), while she's using the "guy" choki (index finger+thumb)..? Did I miss something..?
