  • Fuckin' class...CJ Mackintosh, just a supremely talented DJ, musician and producer. I really got in to him for his house and soulful garage productions, but his versatility is just out of this world.

  • @nicolabohm Well in a few places in FH, lived in a few squats there, went to Forest Hill Boys School, best friends with CJ's brother and CJ once did a backing track for a song for me. Used to hang out with the Punks in London Road and worked in Counterpoint Records back in the '80's.

  • @DJCW i was lucky enuff to have a technics seperates system with a sl1200 turn table at 15 yrs old and i used to really want to be a DJ , lol, but i was to heavy handed and kept breaking my needles and they wern't cheap 2 replace lol, thjen i wanted to be a rapper , but was 2 shy ...so i bcome a break dancer instead in the youth club on rockbourne and then the subways at charring x and covent garden ..lol. i was good aswell as i was a gymnast ..the good ole dayz eh ?? x

  • @DoogeMeister hi nicci again ...where abouts in foresthill you grow ??? i still love forest-hill i want to get back there eventually , my sister dallas lives there in pikethorne ..i once put a shetland pony in one of the flats in there when i was 13 , 4th floor aswell (the top ) ...and dave courtney tried to pass the story off as his own in his book , ''stop the ride '' lol anyway whats this got to do with anything ..lol..??? SE23 all the way ...

  • hahaha I used my dads Sharp hifi stack, till I burnt out the belt drive's motor . I used the aux and phono button on the amp as a cross fader. I suppose, punch buttons on mixers does the same thing.
