  • What kind of knife is that black handle folder?, it looks like a Spyderco. Thanks

  • @andyman916 It is BladeTech Professional Hunter Magnum knife. It is the best hunting folder in my hunting folder collection. It has my self made full height convex grind with no secondary edge. Thanks.

  • Hello knife guru,

what do you think is the best handle material for a BR fox river ?

One that doesn't slip and is not very cold in snow?

    Thank you

  • @vjanda1 I prefer a wood handle for Fox River. I once owned a micarta handled FR. But finally I was not able to love it and left it. Wood is the warmest material in snow for sure. G10 is the coldest. Plastic liners sometimes make a tiny gap between a tang and scales. So I more like a plain wood handle. I personally like Cocobolo and dislike some burl. Thanks.

  • do you rabbit hunt? are there rabbits where you live?

  • @TrackEmDownKennels I saw some rabbits during the last hunting trip and I was able to shoot it easily if I had 15 pellets 12GA ammo and a gun. Local hunters will like it because it is said to be very tasty. But I like a stag much more as a hunting target and I have never shot a rabbit. Thanks.

  • @virtuovice You own some beautiful knives, thank you for posting your videos.

  • I have just ordered a Blackjack 125 with stacked leather handle. I like the traction and warmth of leather and of course the classic looks! Thanks for your reviews/comments on these knives...
