  • You know, I hear that cotters are the wave of the future.

  • A gear puller? Seriously? Big step forward there, folks.

  • Sorry, Campagnolo, but this is rubbish. Unidentified tools, a ham-fisted cretin who's never uses a wrench on a bike in his life - look how the chain is wrapped around the chainstay! - no narration or captioning... all on top of a genuinely puzzling omission of a simple self-extracting bolt on the left-hand crank. I have had to wait a week for the collet tool from the UK @ $50, and buy a $30 bearing puller, to do a job that takes 15sec on my Shimano bikes. And a 12mm Allen key? Seriously?

  • @pmarchitect, I know what you mean, they aren't the greatest videos, but to be fair, they aim to be language neutral, hence little additional info & they do make the point that for *most* users this is a job best done by a shop.

Good spot on the spring clip :-(

  • @Timdog032, no, it's a plasticised card shield that sits behind the crank so that the puller doesn't mark it.

@mr4y, well, you could come on one of our Campagnolo-accredited training courses if you are in the UK ...

  • @campagnoloascuk Is that the same tool that magically appears at 2min41sec, then disappears again?

  • @mr4y Then he is using torque wrench and no info about what torque was applied...

  • Niente grasso?

  • Also, where is the clip on the right cup???

  • I don't know why they don't tell you what tools you need and what they're called.

It's good that they're doing videos, but the videos themselves are crap.
