March 25, 2012 Port Authority of Allegheny County extended the light rail system to Pittsburgh's North Shore. The first train was at 5:46am (I did not make that one). These are clips of the inaugural day.

    Now we just need a line going to the airport, north along the Allegheny River, and east to access attractions like Sandcastle, Kennywood, and the Waterfront.

    yeah and it always made it seem like it was passing the stop and I thought it really was passing the stop once because I realized was turning around. the new stations are really nice

    I think thats because it used to be called gateway center and it was renamed gateway, so they cut off center on the announcement
