Nursing - UCLan

Nurses, ODPs and Paramedics are professionals whose work involves the care and support of people at their most vulnerable and requires them to perform many varied roles in a wide variety of situations. The ability to learn and apply interpersonal and problem solving skills requires a broad programme involving physiology, psychology and sociology as well as health education. Pre and post registration undergraduate study at degree (Nursing and Paramedic) and diploma (Nursing and ODP) levels is offered at this university. Upon qualification you will be able to apply for posts as newly qualified professionals or following post registration study progress your career through promotion, research, further education and/or specialisation.

The courses offered encourage self-motivation and the adoption of a self directed approaches to the management of your studies.

i want to be a nurse but is that alright that if i pass my NVQ LEVEL3 HEALTH AND SOCIAL care would i go there in UCLAN? i got lots of experience because i am a care worker in the nursing home plz can u help me i desperate to be a nurse
