This is my first true Parkour vid for the Utah Community and it was a ton of fun to make! March 19th was the first annual Pancake Jam held at the University Of Utah. I was able to meet a lot of cool people, and be a part of an amazing parkour and freerunning community that I wish I had known years ago...

Special thanks goes to Ryan Sannar who organized it and sacrifices a lot of his time to bring together the Utah Parkour Community. With the creation of JumpUtah.com, all Utah practitioners have a new online home to go to, and are encouraged to practice with one another and help each other progress. I know I probably could have color-corrected the clips, and made it match a lot better, but there was almost 10 GBs of footage and After Effects kept crashing. Call me lazy, but whatever... Peace...

I would like to live that life style. im in utah but im on the other side of the mountain.

If im correct i think that was at UVU or BYU but im really on the opposite side of the mountain and so it would be hard for me to come if i was in the group. :(

@fredff1597536482 Hey man, where are you located? This was actually at the U of U. I think they hold some periodic jams up there if you're ever interested in going... There's a beginner's jam on May 14th in American Fork! If you can make it out to that, that would be great! :D I have a new vid I just made to promote it, so just search "Utah Beginners Jam". And just wondering for the jam thing in may 14th is there a test lol i know it's kinda a dumb question but is there a physical or what ever test??

@fredff1597536482 No its all good haha. No, there is no kind of test of any kind! This is basically a free training session where other parkour practitioners are going to teach those interested in parkour. We don't expect anything from anybody, except that they have a desire to learn and progress :D

We invite people of all backgrounds to join us and are excited to have as many people as we can!

To those wondering, Parkour is spread throughout all of Utah and you'll probably be able to find someone throughout the state, though I do admit there are far more traceurs in Salt Lake and Utah county areas. We're working to spread it around, but if you want information, the best thing to do is to visit us on jumputah.com
