Hi Charmingwizkidclone!
The enemies in the game have a "Rage Meter" that fills as you attack them, when it reaches Max they will charge at you and when the screen gets all blurry you press and hold a direction (left or right works nice on this boss) and then press the Crouch/Roll Button to perform an adrenaline dodge.
During the adrenaline dodge you shall wait until the crosshairs turns red and then shot in order to perform a critical shot :-)

well...ok it will work in slow-motion but how do you dodge like that and it makes a beep sound???

HOW DO YOU DODGE OUT OF THE WAY IN SLOW-MOTION!!!!....
it doesn't seem to do that on my PC version :(
