What is the point of this? Hello? "This'll teach those americans...." dude, izod indycars are fucking american. Anyway, what was the point of this? We already knew that indycars are faster than nascar cars. The technology difference alone is staggering. It doesn't make one sport better than the other though.

@TMANMAN16z Yes, however, a lot of Americans have no idea what indycar or even f1 is. So they think Nascar is the fastest thig out there. So I am putting the TRUE Americans in their place.

@SETH43014 an indy car goes 0 - 60 in 1.9 seconds and a bugatti does it in 2.5 a an indy car car gets from 0 - 200 mph in just under 10 seconds versus a bugatti supersport taking 22.4 seconds in order for a bugatti to beat on indy car or formula 1 car would it would need a 5 mile straight away so in a sense it can beat them under certain circumstances

Actually, a bugatti veyron s.s. does 0-60 in 2.4 seconds, and according to motor trend, a modern day indy car does 0-60 in 3.8 seconds. You also stated that the indycar does 0-200 in under 10 seconds, however, in 10 seconds it will only be at 150 mph. It'll take it just under 20 seconds to reach 200 mph, which is 2 seconds quiker than the bugatti. However, the indycar won't keep going all the way to 267 mph, like the bugatti. This means, the bugatti veyron s.s. WOULD win in a straight line. :)

if u want to compare indycar and nascar, then use the nascar sprint cup series, not the camping world truck series, not that i got anything against the ncwts.

@SETH43014 I am a true american, but I enjoy Nascar and F1 (not so much indy however it is pretty fun to watch). It's not polite to make presumptions about a large group of people by taking the negative maxima of the group and imposing it upon the rest of us.

at texas there is only a 5 second difference or so between indy and cup. what are you trying to prove though? indy car is built for nothing but speed, downforce, traction, turning, a full race machine. nascar is about grass roots racing, big heavy high horsepower cars, slide around, beat and bang. i love all the different forms of auto racing, i watch nascar the most, i go to tons of irl races at tms and all the cup races. go racing!!!
