Conspiracy theorist Ann "Boombox" Coulter baselessly alleged that the Washington Post's story on Obama's discounted mortgage was a deliberate effort to distract the public from the "real scandal" which may have been Rezko or Rev. Jeremiah Wright or Countrywide Mortgage. Coulter kept changing her story without explaining how the conspiracy worked. Coulter's hyperactive and exaggerated excitement seems unnatural.
