  • Steve makes some excellent points in this useful film. He is dead right about the 'commodity' printers that can be found on the internet. Would you really feel safe dealing with a company on the internet where you can't even speak to anyone?!?! Likewise, companies such as printing.com might sound like they offer good deals until you read all the small print and see all the add-ons and extra charges.
