This movie was ruined when I learned everything in it is political metaphor. I can't just watch it as a fun kids story any more.

This is the DVD version. The VHS version has a body swinging . Not neccesarely a munchkin body, could have been a prop. But it was definitely not a bird on the VHS version. They edited it out on the DVD for a reason right?

I think it's hilarious how people have convinced themselves that one of the munchkin actors hanged himself in the background of this scene. As if they would just waltz past and keep filming if that happened.

*sigh* there is no munchkin hanging! The version you saw with a hanging figure is fake and bad edited. Watch "Proof that the hanging munchkin video is fake!" if you don't believe me.
