@rontenn Which of Elvis's guys do you know? So you spent a lot of time talking to Elvis? You're a nobody in Belgium trying to act like you've got the inside scoop on Elvis's life. All you know is how repeat whatever PJ Proby tells you to say. Proby doesn't know Elvis's guys either but he sure thinks it's important that people believe he does. Both of you are 'plum pitiful'.

@rontenn You guessed I hadn't read the Schilling book and thought you'd snow me with a pumped up version of that incident. You've blown your wad and all you've got left is Proby's mouth in the video. Elvis didn't "often" go off on his own to clubs. He kept his guys around for company and protection from mobs and lunatics. You're making your stuff up as you go along.

@rontenn I didn't forget about him. Jerry Schilling didn't say a thing about PJ Proby going nightclubbing with Elvis. His book said Elvis saw Proby perform on stage at a club. Being seen on a club stage is a far cry from "nightclubbing with". If that's the best you have to back up Proby's claim you've got nothing. Elvis went nightclubbing with me too if you count the times I saw him on stage.

@stevobath rontenn hasn't heard that spin does not equal truth. I asked a simple question and he gives me a lot of baloney about Proby's aliases and Elvis' lifestyle as though nobody knows anything about Elvis and who his friends were. He's nuts if he thinks anybody believes that rigmarole about Proby's different names. Proby didn't go nightclubbing with Elvis if nobody in the Memphis Mafia knows about it. I wonder if Proby was telling this story before 1977.
