Bela Lugosi as Frankenstein's Monster and Lon Chaney, Jr. as the cursed Wolf Man collide in one of the great classic horror films of the 1940s. Beginning as a moody chiller, director Roy William Neill sets the stage for an unforgettable clash. The resurrected Wolf Man, seeking a cure for his malady, enlists the aid of mad scientist Patric Knowles, who claims he will not only rid the Wolf Man of his nocturnal metamorphosis but will also revive the frozen body of Frankenstein's inhuman creation.

MAN THIS IS A GREAT MOVIE, I JUST WISH THAT THEY WOULD HAVE GOTTEN KARLOFF TO PLAY THE MONSTER OR GLENN STRANGE. I LOVE BELA BUT HES BETTER AT PLAYING VAMPIRE ROLES OR MAD DOCTOR ROLES, BUT I STILL LOVE THIS MOVIE

Never understood why people don't like crossover movies......Frankenstein Meets the Wolfman, King Kong VS Godzilla, Freddy VS Jason, Aliens Versus Predator, all simply brillaint films!

@e8412561 I remember seeing them in 1983 aswell on BBC 2 I think, there was usually a double bill most weeks, I seem to recall. Its a good thing nowadays that these films are available with dvd and blu-ray.

i have a question how come some people don't like black and white movies i love them alot so does almost the rest of my family but my brother.

i always feel sorry for Bela Lugosi cos he was just as good an actor as Karloff and Chaney, apart from in Dracula. But he always got less credit and u can really tell in the trailers when they put his name together with all the lesser known actors and hten have lon chaney or karloff on their own wiv somthing like "in his most terrifying role or whatever"

...love these Universal horrors...the BBC showed them in the summer of 83...when I was 11...I've been a fan ever since...even the later ones like 'House Of Frankenstein'....
