Megadeth playing "Five Magics" live on the 2010 "Rust in Peace" 20th Anniversary Tour. This song was not played live ever prior to this tour, and its a freakin' classic. Enjoy.

Filmed live at the Palace Theatre in Greensburg, PA - appx 30min away from Pittsburgh, on Megadeth's "Rust in Piece" 20th Anniveray Tour 2010. Megadeth played all of "Rust in Piece" on this tour plus a 5 or 6 other songs. Great show.

Megadeth are:
Dave Mustaine lead vocals, lead & rhythm guitar
David Ellefson bass, backing vocals
Shawn Drover drums, percussion
Chris Broderick lead & rhythm guitar, backing vocals

  • @CaptainFantastik1 James wouldn't rape anyone in riff/songwriting. Let alone Dave Mustaine, who's possibly the most gifted songwriter in metal -.- Anyone with half a brain knows this.

Also. Dave's albums from 1985 to 2009 have all been musically ahead of James' stuff. Why does it take Metallica 5-6 years to complete a mediocre album, when Dave does 3 superior albums in the same amount of time?

  • @CaptainFantastik1 no, he would not rape him in riff/songwriting. The reason metallica is so popular is because their music appeals to a wider audience i.e. people that dont usually listen to "metal" (if they can even still be called that) thats why their record sales are so high. People that listen to mainstream radio also buy metallica cds. And megadeth doesn't usually play small stages. And they played smaller venues in 2010 because thats what they were playing when RIP came out.

  • Hey dudes, Metallica's "hatred" is just PART of being a Megadeth fan. Think about it, most of people who like Megadeth also appreciate Metallica, but because of their past rivalry they keep on making fun about it. Or so do I, to me it's a joke, part of the fun.

Just like feeling like the devil listening to HM, listening to Megadeth make us saying "wow Metallica's shit"! After all Thrash, ain't it about fun and troll? :p

  • @OVER9000VIDEOS

I'll give you Burton and James Vocals, but just about everything else is Pro Megadeth. At least Megadeth achieves a METAL sound as opposed to a BLUES METAL sound.

I love Metallica, but I love Megadeth more. I will forever be indebted to Metallica for getting me to pick up a guitar, but i will be eternally thankful to Megadeth for both keeping my interest in it, and making me a much better player when I went to learn their songs instead of Metallica's lol.

  • #1 bass riff of all time

  • real Megadeth fans love the Five Magics! :D

  • @tastemylighting Ellefson*

  • M E G A D E T H FTW

  • WHY THE FUCK CANT YOU ALL ACCEPT METALLICA AND MEGADETH FOR THE MUSIC THEY PUT OUT AND ATLEAST METALLICA WASN'T AFRAID ABOUT BEING RIDICULED FOR PUTTING OUT "DIFFERENT" MUSIC

  • 0:19 The drumset looks like a Christmas tree on those red lights lol

  • @TheDukeljk it was a good album. just because it wasn't thrash doesn't mean it wasn't good.

  • @OVER9000VIDEOS The black album was horrible, you must suck dicks if you like it.
