Love this song..... heard it for the first time back in the mid 90's. Always reminds me of a cowboy riding a horse across a huge landscape...somewhere in between the great plains and the southwest.

just think, that way back in the 80s, you could go up to appalachia and sit in the qualor and quiet of the mountains and hear these young strong musicians belt out (or in this case, caressingly unfurl) this music. in the mountains!!
