@veriiito1bones well technically their first kiss was a year before season 1 and you can watch the explanation to that on 5x16 aka 100 episode. but the first kiss we get to see onscreen was on season 3 santa in the slush in this finale they didnt exactly made love it was just a dream of booth

In 4x5, "The Perfect Pieces in the Purple Pond" he admits to Sweets that he didn't actually stab anyone.

But he didn't tell the police that because if he did he would go to prison as an accessory for murder. And he felt safer in a mental institution. That's why in 4x26, "The End in the Beginning" Vincent makes the reference about how Zack is the type of person who's "dumb enough to go to prison for a crime he didn't commit."
