Enough with the feeder jokes. They weren't funny 8 months ago, they aren't funny now.
SCREENSHOT OF SCOREBOARD IS IN DESCRIPTION.
A bug with Yorick's Ult where he just keeps dying and getting back up. Attempts to recreate have all ended in failure.
As for the Skype sounds, I was still in Skype with my team while I was going back through this game with LoL Replay to record this. I muted my Skype and asked them not to make any Skype noises while I recorded this part, so what do they do? Spam. I really didn't want to go through LoL Replay again to get to that part to try to record without the Skype sounds.
EDIT: 70,000 views?! In like two days?! I never thought I'd get more than like 90 at most.
EDIT 2: A lot of people seem to be asking about the ending scores. Here's a screenshot of the scoreboard at the end.

@Knopppp Yeah, pretty much the only other way is if someone has revive and teleports to you right after a penta.

@StrukkStar What you can't really tell from the video is every time my health hit 0 and I "died", it made me stop what I was doing, making it very difficult to attack and use abilities while I'm getting hit. That combined with my really low damage output (this is back when Yorick first came out and hadn't gotten buffed yet) would have made it difficult to kill anyone. Besides, I wasn't going to rob them of a deserved win because of a stupid bug.
