@baconeb I agree, even though I hold Serbia guilty of genocide. But this is a theoreticalk question. If Milosevic was elected by the Serbia people, which he was in 1996 AFTER the Bosnian war, and nationalist propoganda was convincing the people to support the war. In a way, we would be saying you cant blame the people of Germany for the Holocaust and it IS the same, considering the media attention given to the atrocities.
