I got addicted to this game in the summer of 1991 so much so I wasted a whole summer on it..and learned my lesson - Never to install this or any similar game on my PC. I did however go on to become a computing professor of all jobs!!!

I do that but sometimes i save it and then when i´m going to load it it crash when something different happen

man this game is awesome.... my fav of all time is civ 2 . after that comes this game, its as good as civ 2. for a game which was developed in 1 9 9 2 <<<< this game is just brilliant... esp the trade aspect of it

Another thing where did you downloaded dos-box... I can play the game but it sometimes goes down... Don´t know why... TY man

@JGonzaloDB: just google "dosbox download" then the first link should do it. These games crashed now and then.... as was the case back in the golden day of dos. Just save often.

@JGonzaloDB: i downloaded this on abandonia. The game is so old that is legal to download it. I installed a program named dosbox in order to play the game. Dosbox imitates dos. Use the online guides to dosbox, if all the things in the program dosent make sense at first.
I installed the game from the zip file from abandonia, i found the bat file in the folder (by means of dosbox) and started the game. But you probably have to do some setup things.
Another program you can use is VDM sound,
