I had one of those moments where you go some where else related to the actually place you need to go. Basically I went to Bruma rather than Bravil. So thank you.

dude I have a bug at this quest..when i go and talk with maglir in that bar or whatever and finished talking he and his reptile friend keeps following me! this is so annoying..and when I finish this quest the argonian left me alone with that stupid maglir..this is a bug but I didn't find anything on the net about it!

heres a tip; brfore you guys go to the lady in the mages guild house go to the robber's glen cove and kill an imp and duplicate the imp's gall real easy

dunno what ur talking about but if ur asking if u need level to do ths quest then no, u can kill every1 even with level 1
