  • @FloppyHatPhotos I wish I had one of those! I just finished putting the wheels on and and not happy with the metal I used. It already had pre drilled holes that I thought would be perfect, but they are all slightly off. I'm going to go down to the weld shop and purchase a bit of 1 and half inch angle aluminum on Monday. In the meantime, I'm gonna take it a part, put the snap t's back on and try user @rynoss21 's Pledge Furniture Polish idea since I cannot locate wax products around here. LOL.

  • If you have a Lathe I would just sand the rods to 400 grit.

    As for wax try a wood supply store that sale finishes as wax is used for that.
