@porterble - He wasn't real. His death is based on Julius Caesars, his ministry is based on the march of Titus/Vespasian through Judea and the New Testament appears to have been written by the Romans.

Every religious book? You mean the NT and the Quran? That doesn't make him real. I know certain scholars think he was real, but he wasn't, he couldn't of been.

@porterble - There is good in the world, but Jesus is a fictional character. His story is about as far removed from plausible as you can get.

I am not one to think of religion as something entirely plausible, but Jesus I believe in. It might just be the hope that there was something good in the world.

jesus: love your enemies, do good to those who hate u ,bless those who curse u pray for those who mistreat, u if any one strikes u in the cheek let them hit the other one also, and if someones takes your coat let them take your shirt as well, give to everyone who beggs from u, and if someone takes what is yours do not ask for it back, do for others if you want others to do for you,love your enemies and do good to them and then expect nothing back then you will have a great reward
