    A "riff" is a composition of notes or chords, i.e., intro riff, bridge riff, lead riff, etc. NOT a section of a song that is a lead-in to a change,or a break that is intentionally different from the verse or chorus.

    A refrain or bridge is a place in time within a song, not a sound. It's simple verbs and nouns.

    Since you clearly don't have ANY guitar background...why try to correct a guy who, unmistakably does have a guitar background? And then post his vids on your page?
