To be honest, they are quite similar characters. Their attitudes match well, their appearances are obviously similar and they both have a tendency to hit rather hard. Oh, and they're both have a rather tomboyish friend, an intelligent friend and an airhead friend (Tatsuki, Rukia and Orohime in that order. I forget the names of the ones from FruBa). Creepy that I never noticed this before...
