Aspartame might also lead to neurological concerns. CSPI recommends caution with colorings Red 40 and Blue 1 found in Crystal Light, as they can cause allergies. The Center warns to avoid colorings Yellow 5, which has a risk of cancer, and Yellow 6, which has a risk of tumors.

for all you people suffering from gout use a teaspoon of baking soda with water and mix until dissolve.. Do that every few hours and say bye to gout. Also if you feel the gout coming do it again... My dad had gout. cured

If you have PH strips.........take a teaspoon of baking soda with water, then check your PH...........the fastest way I know to change the PH of your body

as you said a little acidic water is added to the alkaline water it will change the alkaline water into acidic, so it means your therapy is useless

@goodstuffohyeah The problem with distilled water is that it is TOO pure for long term consumption. It can dilute uric acid, but it also flushes away the alkalizing minerals in your body. To treat the gout pain you are having now, you need to go to see to doctor and get some colchicine or pain killer for that. But to minimize the possibility of future gout attacks, it's better to invest in a good unit alkaline water ionizer.
