He acts as if MOST people with disabilities are murders. The VAST majority of people with disabilities are NOT murders...I mean, the last time I checked. Retarded? He's the phucking retard making such an assumption. I wonder what he thinks about the rhetoric about Blacks and West Indians not qualified to achieve academic success and the implementation of Affirmative Actions and the Civil Rights Act of 1964. she'll definitely get the death penalty in alabama as majority decision over unanimous decision rules in alabama in death penalty cases. 15 years of appeals from whenever she's sentenced she'll get a nice peaceful lethal injection. unlike the bullets her victims got.

I think that law enforcement dropped the ball in this case. Dr. Bishop has a past history of criminal acts but was never charged with any of them. Yes, there are some psychological issues here but most people with some degree of this type of impairment do not act upon the type of impulses that Bishop acted upon. Corrupt and inept law enforcement agencies enabled Bishop to progress and eventually get to where she is now-charged with the murder of three innocent people.

I agree, but if she had a Phd, then it should not have been no major in her obtaining a tenue at another school. How sad for the victims. She is a coward, now she will sit in deathrow for the next ten years, why didn't she kill herself? Whay a tragic story and perverse society we have become.

Seth Bishop's death was ruled accidental and the case is closed. Dr. Bishop was never charged with sending bombs neither. To make now Dr. Bishop responsible for her brother's death and with sending bombs to a professor, is quite irresponsible and opportunistic.
The fact that she's a high IQ does not mean she was immune to mental illness.
