For anyone who can't figure it out:
"Hated and feared dictators" do not spontaneously go cruising through crowded traffic of major metropolitan cities with all of their upper body and head exposed, pumping their fists in the air while the citizenry respond in kind.
"Dictatorships" also do not arm the people and hand out free AK-47s (as Gaddafi did leading up to the invasion of Libya so people could defend themselves).
