I've read about a method where you also concetrate on every part of your body seperately, "relaxing" them muscle by muscle and then 'suggesting' a feeling of warmth and heaviness, which then leeds to feeling as if you are outside of your body, hovering above it. I've found it a bit tiring.. this seems a bit more simple. Have you heard of such a method and what do you think about it?

@notrwhitecrow I have heard of this.. it is called the "PROGRESSIVE RELAXATION" method. I find it very effective but I do not always say the thing about heaviness... that part is not necessary.
