  • Nice work! It is absolutely critical that place your wings back in the oven for a few minutes to dry your sauce so your wings do not get soggy!!

  • You are correct. Putting them back in for a few minutes does make a big difference. Something else you may want to try...(I just did this and it was a big hit with the family - which, by the way did help me eat all those wings). I marinated boneless pork chops in the sauce for about 2 hours and put them on the grill. They were delicious!!

  • is that maries dressing ?.

    exalant vid

  • Yes. They make the best blue cheese dressing. Sorry for the late reply...it's been a while since I have been online.

  • my butt itches.

  • great video :)

  • Wow,That's a lot of work..I Just let my local joint fry fresh wings(at a cheaper price than I can buy them raw,buy oil and cook them)And then I just add the "Real Buffalo"sauce and toss..Plus,there is no black at the bone like frozen wings has..

  • oye y te vas a acavar todo eso!!?? jejejejej enjoy

  • I can't get over the vast amount of people that use blue cheese or ranch dressing. To me, it just masks the flavor of the wing sauce. I like your sauce recipe, I'll have to try it.

  • Or you could just go to Duffs if you live near Buffalo

  • factory farmed wings in a giant walmart looking bag make me think twice about this recipe.

on another note, his ingredient list is interesting - i personally use franks, lemon juice, brown sugar and butter to make authentic "buffalo" wings. that being said, i will try this out, and see how it goes.

  • these aren't even close to being authentic. Buffalo wings have three ingredients: Hot sauce, butter, and vinegar. They're also deep fried, NEVER baked.

  • you sir are a professional

  • great recipe although i do recommend a differnt brand of wings then tyson like tgi fridays theres is best... i never really like the taste of tyson were i was use to tgi
