Bandit signs are concidered littering and if a police officer catches youin Florida its $188.90, if you place them in a median on a state road its a Second Degree Misdemeanor: A second-degree misdemeanor is a crime punishable by no more than sixty days in jail, six months of probation, and a $500 fine.
if code enforcement cites you its $250.00 per day per sign.. Funny the sign makers dont tell you thier illegal signs.. good luck !!

For those who don't understand -> Most of the people out there, don't have the cash to spend for advertising (let's say) on on billboard, unless they are making bank. It costs at least $700 / month for a billboard, not including the ad material, etc.

I rather be "littering" and getting paid some serious money from investor buyers then be broke and acting like a sign nazi. The later doesn't pay but the first pays and then some.
