I WORK FOR LOCKHEED AND I BUILD PART OF THE LOWER FORWARD FUSELAGE OF THE C130... I JUST GOT TO GO INSIDE THIS WEST VIRGINIA AIR GUARD C130 LAST WEEKEND IT WAS BUILT IN 1994......STILL GOIN STRONG

The Airplanes we had were great. We miss them a bunch. They sent them to Charleston and gave us C-5's. I think that the H-3 was the best C130 built. I know the "J" model guys might not agree!

All the chutes opened. His fluttered, but eventually opened. Funny thing is all of his jump buddies made fun of him for that. I guess when your a Navy Seal they expect everything to go perfect. I actually got the (outside the airplane) footage from that guy. He had a camera on his helmet.

The aircraft in the video is a C-130, not a C-5. We transitioned to the C-5 in the mid 2000's. The video was taken in the late 90's and early 2000's. Aahhh to be back on a C-130...
