I don't think that parrot's afraid. I have the same kind of parrot (double yellowhead Amazon), and when he's genuinely scared, his feathers cling to his skin (we call it "getting skinny"), whereas when he's cocky and chasing people around his territory (the family house), he's all fluffed up and full of himself. The parrot in this clip is just defending his territory from people with whom he's likely familiar but just doesn't like, and is getting a lot of exercise in the process!

Maybe not the rape part but i agree, bullying that poor bird in the name of entertainment is just sick, he is doing that out of fear, a parrot will not back down if afraid, it is their nature to use attack as defence, my amazon lulu attacks people and things that she is afraid of and will only attack out of fear just like this guy.
