My grandma has passed away now. This was the last imgae she had seen on my laptop on her deathbed in the Nursing home, in Trinder park nursing home, in Logan City, south of Brisbane.
My grandma passed away on the 19th May 2009.

The airstrip and dredging of the harbour for a deeper channel was initially made by the US military during WW2. My grandma told me this. She lives in Brisbane, after my late mother pursuaded the mob to move to Australia from across the ditch, ie, NZ.
Did anyone get a glimpse of Fo'a beach from the air? Can't surf on it though, too much crustacions.
Awesome volcanic views of gagaifomauga, the lava flows look fresh since the 1904-7? eruptions?

I have flown in this same plane from fagali'i airstrip to Asau in 1988.
This airstrip is on my ancestors land. The wharf is where I have swam in countless of times. The timber mill is on my great grandma's land, the late Nive Tolua Tufuga.
Our private beach Fo'a is captured in a split second.
