Butterfly from Leg Hook Method (I muted the sound)

This is the first video I made for Facebook--so that's why I'm wearing a shirt. I wanted to be super conservative! Later, I will make a longer video for You-Tube...but I felt it was important to post it on You-Tube right away to give fair credit to Keiloces and to Voelle for their marvellous tutorials. I did not use any channel names on Facebook to protect privacy.... But I wanted to give her credit and appreciation, along with Michquayoga--hence the You-Tube post.

Thank You, Keiloces--especially for the tip to KISS the pole. It worked! Got my head down and inverted. Felt much more stable.

I'll do a longer video later--even got some attempts at the ex-butt, also.

I muted the music myself because it is "This Love " MATCHBOX 20, which is owned by Atlantic (WARNER).

NOT A CHANCE that song was gonna make it throught the filter--even though I whittled the vid down to 30 seconds of content.

It's the bongo drum acoustic version...hum along if you know it!

Thanks, Karol.... Yeah..it was much better..and easier once I got the hang of it. But I liked the fact that I did a TG move the other way...so last night I went back to the Bat...or inverted crucifix method just to get a feel for "conventional versus TG" I like the way the TG feels under the belly...but I'm still too weak to hold the move. Yes, I just got on Facebook 2-3 days ago...still gettin' the hang of it...um I think I know your last name from your portfolio page...gonna PM you now...
