Overview of 1930's GIBSON Acoustic Guitar. Likely Model number L-0 or possibly L 00--outside chance it's a L 1. This one is a beauty, well kept over the years. Possibly what looks like a small crack on the back and a little wound on the side. I don't think either affect the sound, though to a talented Luthier these are easy fixes. Frets and fretboard show little wear, all original though if there was a pickguard it's gone now. Action as measured at 12th fret, E string is appoximately 3/16". X-braced too! In short a beautiful piece of American Guitar and particularly GIBSON Guitar history. Best evidence points to this being 1931-1933 L0 or L00.
