This is a really good attempt at the piece; well done mate! Hendrix in my humble opinion wasn't only an exciting, creative and innovative guitarist, but also an amazing composer as well; you only have to listen to Vilanova Junction to see that. It's the most wonderful and sublime piece of music.

@7byseven I messed around with it after my initial post and found 6x6788 to be the one that sounds closest to what Hendrix and you played. Otherwise known as A#maj9(#11) I guess?

@SudoDSLAM Thanks. No the wiring is all standard, they are just nice pickups and with a half decent univibe and wah, but it sound much better using my telecaster, I will upload it.

@SudoDSLAM See my latest upload using telecaster and guitar rig 3, guitar rig has a great Univibe emulator.
Its a looser attempt at Villanova but the tone is better.
