I wish that there was a playthrough on youtube at these settings. The majority of videos are not at ultra settings even though they state so.

Holy crap I wish I could play it on these settings :( , I can only play on low at the moment but im planning to get a Sapphire Radeon HD 6950
My specs are:
Intel Core I7
4Gb RAM
GeForce GT 360
So my question is with the new card could I max the settings? (also I don't think i'll use Ubersampling, from what i've seen it dosen't seem to change the games visuals that much)

@IrishRampage45 I'm not very familiar with AMD's line of cards but the rest of your system looks good, so I would say that your graphics card is your bottleneck.
