Money's editor and Channel 9 co-host of the successful Money for Jam TV show has over 15 years experience in the finance industry. Starting from the ground up, as a graduate trainee for one of Australia's major banks, she moved from corporate to TV in 1997, kick- starting her career in journalism as head researcher for Channel Nine's successful Money Show.
She now writes for Money magazine, specialising in consumer banking issues. Her articles have also been published in several lifestyle magazines including Real Living and Qantas.
Effie also has an array of broadcast experience, including a regular appearance on Channel 9s Mornings with Kerri-Anne as the personal finance editor.
