Men, i used to watch these at channel 34 from LA in spanish...

this was actually my introduction to wrestling, i remember many Mexican wrestlers appeared here such as Mil Mascaras among others...

please tell me where can i get these wrestling footage...

I remember going to my grandparents house on the weekends in the 70's and seeing my grandma glued in front of the TV watching this stuff! I loved it then as a kid and I love it now!

Now this is what I used to watch as a kid in the 70's in 5th and 6th grade from around 1975 to '77. This was Piper at his obnoxious best. In Southern California, it was broadcast as a program called Lucha Libre on Wednesday nights from 8:00PM to 9:30PM on a channel called KMEX Los Angeles. The events took place at the old Olympic Auditorium. This is when pro wrestling was in its true golden heydays. Piper and Guerrero had some tremendous and legendary battles in the ring there.

thanks for the california postings. I grew up on Portland big time wrestling and loved it. It is nice to see La and frisco for sure. Don owen, the labells and roy shires had a great syndicate with tomko from vancouver in there as well.
