Where is this place? I've been all over the Carribean and the only places I've seen waves were soooo un-surfable because of reefs that were too shallow and sharp, not to mention the hoards of sharks

Thanks, yeah I'll keep it low, it is 10 times more crowded than 4 years ago but 20 times less crowded than Cali!!!
