here's a classic sequence from one of the most perfect bodybuilders ever seen on TV - flex wheeler back in 1990 aged only 25, still young and hard. He was famous for his extraordinary flexibility, and apparently, he stays hard all year round. These days, even with so many sports channels, this kind of stuff is seen as too specialist, and only available on DVD. But back in the 90s, when sports channels were just starting up, they tried out all kinds of content - and thank god they did. @kcarter4100 No, he is not "soft", its that other bodybuilders were have gotten too lean. There is such a thing as a minimal level of bodyfat% to not drop under, without looking gross. That happened because the IFBB never made a standard line not to cross on visible leaness for the judges to no longer reward. So they kept rewarding for more and more leaness, creating an arms race for striations, some competitors have died, and more have nearly died due to the arms race for rippededness.

In several interviews with Flex I noticed some attitute from him. There was one post bodybuilding where he is natural & in the gym but he had a bit of attitude when talking to the camera. Didn't come off well. However with Levrone, he never showed any attitude & was always friendly & approachable.
