Naples City Council 7 March 2007 - A Councilman in today's meeting stated that pumpkins are not allowed on the city beach. Mayor Barnett stated that pumpkins might be allowed on the city beach

Naples City Council still doesn't grasp the enormity of the situation that thousands of individuals, many tourists, ended up having minor violations filed as MISDEMEANORS at the clerks office.

Violations like: Fishing with 2 poles or a glass on the beach, all ended up being filed as MISDEMEANORS
