Wow, but, the corpse camo is enough to scare the enemy's to death,or do you need both camo and the head.

@Rallenzone for the corpse camo you gotta die like 45 times and for the big boss head you gotta finish game on the boss extreme no alerts no kills no rations/regains and complete in under 5 hours
