This is my practice routine I did just before my competition one, which didn't go quite as well haha!
The routine is:
Fliffus Pike,
Back Layout,
Rudy,
Back Pike,
Fliffus Tuck,
Double Back,
Barani Layout,
Back Full,
Barani Pike,
Double Full.
The total DD is 8.2. Olympic DD's are in the high teens.

  • Did u go to power house gym in San Antonio? I recognize the gym, i used to go there. ive probably seen u there b4...small world

  • @kookry Yea I am on the senior team at Powerhouse. Only been there since January of this year though.
